Mr English set himself the colossal task over the February half-term break of rowing 70km each day over 7 days. With quiet determination and unrelenting spirit, the unstoppable Mr English completed 490km (304.5 miles) between Saturday morning and Friday evening. 37 hours, 40 minutes and 11 seconds were spent in the saddle, which is an exhausting 2260 minutes! In the process, Mr English has raised nearly £1000 pounds towards 'Mind' Coventry & Warwickshire, which is a mental health charity.
