This year's Art Week theme in October was 'Birds of Britain', and Moulsford was lucky enough to have Old Mole Auberi Chen come back to work with our Year 8s. Auberi, who left Moulsford in 2006, was awarded an Art scholarship to Shiplake and is currently a professional Street Artist based in London. He now works for Global Street Art, a company that creates hand-painted advertising works all over the world. They have produced huge murals for Fendi, Apple and the BBC, to name just a few.

Whilst in Moulsford, Auberi taught the boys how to use spray paint safely and accurately, and together they created dynamic murals for each House. The House mascots were then added over the top during a second workshop with a selected group of boys. It was a wonderful and immersive experience for them and there were some great results produced. Thank you to Auberi for sharing his passion with the current pupils.
