Ben Fennell left Moulsford in 1986, having been Head Boy and Captain of Rugby, and went onto St Edwards School, Durham University, and later Oxford University. Since then Ben has spent 16 years as the CEO of BBH in Singapore and then London, helping some of the world’s biggest businesses and brands to grow, including Unilever, Diageo, British Airways, and Tesco. He founded The Growth House at the start of 2018 and now works with senior teams at companies like Virgin Media, Costa, and AstraZeneca.
