Leaver in 2019, Alex was delighted to be recently made Swimming Captain at Wellington College and is training hard for his Channel Swim this July. He has been swimming in open water in temperatures of less than 11 degrees (no wet suit allowed) for the last few weeks, and has just been to Dover for further intensive training with icy cold water, choppy sea and ferry diesel!

Wishing Alex the best of luck in July!
